●Return or Exchange due to our defectiveness

We pay close attention to our packing, however if the products was damaged when you received it,
we will accept return or exchange items, so please send us the product within 7 days of its delivery to you. If you opened it, used it, or with other than above reason, we can NOT accept any return.
If you wish to exchange, we bear the shipping cost and send you the new item.
If you wish to return, we refund the payment to your bank account within 10 days after we receive the product back from you.
